College Campuses Are Less Safe Without Concealed Weapons

Background
Assuming that if there is more concealed weapons on a college campus there is going to be more crimes committed, means with the absence of concealed weapons carried there will be less crime. The S.G.F.S. (Students for Gun Free Schools) are stating that college campuses are in fact safer without the presence of concealed weapons for a select few reasons.

Analysis:
The S.C.C.C. (Students for Concealed Carry on Campus) believes that students carrying weapons on campuses makes it a more safe environment than ones who do not. Reason being, that the colleges that already allow concealed carry have had far less crimes on campus and in the areas surrounding the campus. The fact there are more weapons on campus would deter crime. Criminals would be less likely to pray on innocent victims because of the likelihood that they could protect themselves or someone who sees them attacking another person would be able to defend the victim.
Concealed carry licenses are not given out to every average person who can pass through the system. The people who actually have legal licenses to carry concealed weapons are far less likely to commit violent crimes, whether they are 21 or older.
Almost 1% of the population in most states carry weapons so, in a room with say 500 people, 5 have a concealed carry license and might have the weapon(s) on their person. With this being known, people still go about their day as if nothing is or harming them.
P1 : 12 U.S colleges have already began to allow students to carry concealed weapons on campus.

P2: The schools that do not allow concealed carry, have had more shootings amongst other crimes, than the ones that do allow concealed carry.
P3: With the fear of more weapons on campus, if concealed carry was allowed would result in less crime.
___
C: Allow concealed carry of weapons on college campuses makes them safer environments.

Fallacy Committed
Hasty Generalization (Converse Accident)- occurs when there is a reasonable likelihood that the sample is not a representative
of the entire group.
